Meet Your Instructors

  • Dr. Aileen Fullchange: A second-generation Taiwanese-American licensed psychologist, public speaker, and founder of a BIPOC-centering psychotherapy practice. Dr. Fullchange is dedicated to mental health, education, and racial equity.
  • Dr. Leann Smith: A Black psychologist, scholar, educator, and advocate, Dr. Smith has dedicated her professional career to reimagining school and mental health systems for more equitable outcomes for ethnic minority students, especially Black students.
